Create your own custom tags with descriptions and emojis. You can use these tags to track customers by group - for example, you could apply a tag to customers who typically pay late. Once a customer is tagged, you can filter to view all customers with a given tag.

Tags can also help with direct debit migration - you can use a tag to keep track of which customers you have moved to Adfin invoicing and collections from your old provider.

Apply tags in bulk by selecting the customers in the customer dashboard table and clicking the tag icon in the bottom tray or by selecting a single customer and adding a tag in the side tray.
