We've made more improvements to our invoice upload tool. We're now using multiple LLM AI models in the background to optimise for performance, meaning that things are more accurate and faster than ever!

If you'd like to copy and paste the direct debit mandate link for a customer who you have sent a mandate request to, select the customer, click "more actions" in the side tray and select "copy mandate link".

Now you can opt to receive an email each time one of your customer's signs a direct debit mandate.

To enable this, head to settings > notifications and toggle on email alerts for "Direct debit mandate signed".

Navigate to Settings > Notifications to set which email notifications you receive from Adfin. The preferences you set here only apply your own user account and not to other users on the same Adfin account.

Now you can opt to receive an email each time a customer pays! Head to settings > notifications to turn this email on or off.
