Would you like to limit card payments to lower value transactions so you can avoid paying higher fees? Or limit your exposure to direct debit indemnity claims?

Now you can set payment limits by payment method!

Head to Settings > Payments to set the limits for your account. You can also select a speific customer and configure custom limits for them, which will override your account settings.

If you send an invoice that exceeds your payment limits for any payment method, as a back up we'll present a manual bank transfer option to your customer so they can still pay. Although we can't fully automate the payment, we'll still ask them to confirm they have paid you so we can give you the heads up!
