Customise how you remind your customers to sign their mandate and what happens when a payment fails.

With Adfin, if a direct debit payment repeatedly fails we will automatically send your customer an On Demand payment request to pay by card or bank. With this update you can now customise how many times you want to attempt the direct debit before requesting an On Demand payment.

You can set the default at your account level and also configure different rules for specific customers.

Now you can:

• Define how frequently you remind your customers to sign a mandate
• Add a custom message to include with your mandate requests
• Select whether to send the invoice immediately when it is issued or wait until the direct debit advance collection notice is sent (we attach the invoice to this) 
• Select how many times you retry a failed direct debit payment
• Select if you send an On Demand payment request after all retries have failed and also how frequently you want to send reminders for this payment
