We're excited to introduce direct debit payments, making it easier to pay recurring and one-time invoices automatically.

Once a customer has signed a direct debit mandate (a 20-second process), we will take any future payment request you make via Adfin automatically without the customer needing to do a thing.

This unlocks more timely payments and further reduces the need for manual chasing and follow-ups. We will automatically chase any failed direct debit payment, including sending alternative payment options, at no additional cost or effort to you.

To get your customers set-up, head on to the Customers page, select the customers you'd like to invite and hit "send mandate". Once they complete the mandate form, you're ready to start collecting payments on autopilot. 💸
