Customise your chasing workflows

Create new workflows from scratch or modify existing ones by accessing Settings → Workflows.

You can create and set default workflows at account level and set different rules for specific customers.

With custom workflows you can:

  • Set which channels (Email, Whatsapp, or SMS) you use for the initial payment request and subsequent reminders
  • Add multiple reminders at custom intervals before the due date
  • Configure the frequency for overdue reminders
  • Opt to skip the initial distribution step, in case you wish to delay distribution
  • Add custom text to be added each time an invoice is sent - this allows you to add a custom message even when sending the invoice from your accounting software
