You can now bring your own email address into Adfin, create adaptive reminder templates, and let Autopilot take care of the chasing - automatically and intelligently.

Whether it’s a first reminder or an overdue follow-up, Autopilot tailors your template to each customer, adds personalised details along with the right payment or mandate links, and sends the message directly from your email address.

You can send personalised reminders from the Customer → Activity → Send Message action, or add them straight into your On Demand workflows.
