You can now archive customers in Adfin, giving you more control over how your customer list stays tidy and up to date 🧹

This makes it easier to manage customers at every stage. Remove customers you no longer need, or archive those with payment history while keeping all their records safe and accessible.

Good to know:

• Delete customers who don’t have any paid invoices to remove them completely
• Archive customers with paid invoices to stop new invoices being imported
• Archived customers keep all historical data and can be reactivated at any time 🔄
• You can filter archived customers in the credit control dashboard to find them quickly

👉 Open a customer to view the side drawer, and choose whether to delete or archive them.
