Reinstate cancelled direct debit mandates with one click

Sometimes a client might accidentally cancel their direct debit mandate, or it may be cancelled in error by their bank.

When this happens, you can now quickly reinstate the mandate with a single click. We’ll use the customer’s previous details to create a new mandate, so your client doesn’t need to re-enter their bank details  🔄

You’ll be prompted to reinstate the mandate via email, and we’ll also create a task in your dashboard so it’s easy to take action.

Once the mandate is reinstated, you can immediately resume direct debit collections with that customer. Any unpaid payments will be automatically scheduled for collection automatically 💸.
