We’ve added more customisation to your workflows. You can now choose whether existing On Demand payments should automatically move to Auto Collect when a direct debit mandate is signed.

This gives you more flexibility depending on how you want to manage collections:

• Collect outstanding invoices automatically – If a client has unpaid invoices that were intended to be collected by direct debit, you can automatically switch them to Auto Collect as soon as the mandate is signed.
• Only collect new invoices – If your client is only paying new invoices by direct debit, you can leave this setting off so older On Demand invoices won’t be picked up.
