They use your tone and structure, flexed using the context available in adfin. Invoice details, amounts due and a payment link are added automatically so customers can pay quickly 💸

What’s new 🚀

• Adaptive templates now work in statement workflows — we’ll include the total overdue amount and a link to the statement to pay 
• Adfin automatically categorises the templates you create, so you can confidently choose the right one (e.g. mandate reminders) 
• You can now add your signature (including images and links) to make messages feel even more personal and trustworthy
