We’ve launched a brand new Overview dashboard. You can use this to understand your collections, stay on top of tasks, and take actions to get paid faster.

Clear insights on your payments and credit control

Our new charts give you a detailed view across credit control, cash flow, and revenue, including:

• 💰 How Adfin got you paid: understand what is working and what isn't
• 📈 Performance and benchmarking: see how your performance on late payments is improving and compares vs similar companies
• 👤 Customer insights: monitor active customers and compare performance by payment method

If you're keen to dive deeper into any of the data then simply click through to load up the underlying payments.

A smart inbox for action

‍

The new inbox gives you a single view of tasks and notifications, so nothing slips through the cracks. You can:

• ✅ View and act on tasks to get paid (e.g. reinstating a direct debit mandate)
• 💡 Act on recommendations to get more out of Adfin (e.g. enabling personalised reminders)
• 👥 Assign tasks to team members so they can take action when needed
• 🔔 Subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications, so you only see what’s relevant to you
