Most payments are covered by our standard pricing above. In some cases, there are additional costs where processing is more expensive.
- Some card types have higher processing costs due to higher bank and card network fees:
- Premium cards (business Visa and Mastercard, Amex, and/or EEA cards): +1%
- Super premium cards (non-EEA cards, fleet cards, and super premium commercial Visa and Mastercard cards): +2%
- Card payments taken over the phone: +0.5% (all card types)
- Chargebacks are charged at £15 per case
- Use your business name (instead of Adfin) when collecting direct debit payments (Adfin Custom): £36 / month
- High value direct debits require additional handling so an additional 0.30% charge will be applied on amounts above £2,000
- If a late fee is paid, you receive the interest and Adfin receives the fixed compensation amount
