Problem: Standard reminders weren’t cutting it

Before Adfin, Pillow May relied on basic reminders to get their invoices paid. Technically, they did the job (reminders were being sent), but in practice, they weren’t effective in improving collection times because;

Reminders were generic and easy to ignore
Clients had to open invoices and hunt for bank details to action them
Emails sent from third-party systems sometimes landed in spam (or clients rang up to check they weren’t fake!)
Sam still had to send personal follow-ups to get action
