How Autopilot works
- Connect your email account (Gmail or Microsoft) to Adfin.
This lets you send emails from your own email address using Adfin, meaning more clients will read and respond to the message. You can even add your signature so it looks exactly like if you sent the email from your mail provider.
- Create your Autopilot templates - Autopilot uses these templates to generate your personalised emails.
You can write messages from scratch, or copy and paste in what you already use, giving Autopilot the context for your tone of voice (i.e. a polite reminder that an invoice is a few days overdue, or a firmer nudge when it’s been outstanding for a while)
- Hit ‘Send Message’ - Autopilot will draft your email instantly, using your tone of voice and filling in all the right details; invoice amounts, numbers and even your mandate or payment link.
Since we started using Autopilot, our team has cut down the time spent chasing payments by ⅔. Based on this, we think that a mid-size business / credit control team using Autopilot could save 80 hours a month.
